Through the app, you can:

🧡 Leave requests directly for the cleaners for upcoming visits
🧡 Check your billing history and download copies of your invoices if needed
🧡 Easily change your payment method and pay an open invoice

Instructions for Setting Up the App
Create an Account in the App:
- Create an account. Use the same email address you used to place your order.
- You will receive a confirmation link in your email. After clicking on it, you will be able to log in to the app.
What to do if I can’t see my booking in the Koti Puhtaaksi app?
If you are already our customer, you might be logged in with a different email address from the one you made your bookings with.
Using the app, choose “I am already a customer” and link the email address that you used when making your booking. You can also request access to the account of your family member or a roommate.
