Raffle Terms and Conditions

You can participate in the raffle through this page between January 26, 2024, and December 17, 2024. Upon entering, each participant receives one entry ticket. Information on possible additional ways to obtain more tickets will be communicated separately.
Monthly raffles are conducted on the last day of each month or the next business day at the latest. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
The grand prize draw will take place on December 18, 2024. The prize includes home cleaning services every four weeks for one household for a year, totaling 13 visits. Each visit consists of five hours of home cleaning. The prize is valued at approximately €4,300. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winners will be notified personally. The winner’s name and place of residence will be published on Koti Puhtaaksi Oy’s website and social media channels.
If we are unable to reach the winner within 48 hours of the draw despite attempts to contact by phone and email, the prize claim will expire and the prize will be redrawn.
The cleaning service must be started in January 2025. The service is available only within our operating areas (Uusimaa, and the regions of Pirkanmaa, Turku, Oulu, and Jyväskylä). A standard cleaning contract will be signed with the winner, and the same terms and conditions apply as for our other customers, including cancellation terms.
The grand prize winner agrees to give a video interview about the cleaning visits for the company’s free use. The photos, videos, and texts will be produced by Koti Puhtaaksi Oy.
Employees of Koti Puhtaaksi Oy and their families are not eligible to participate in the competition.
By participating in the raffle, you join Koti Puhtaaksi Oy’s email list. We will not bother you often, but we will inform you about upcoming raffles and current matters. You also give permission to be contacted by phone regarding cleaning services.
It is possible to participate in the raffle without accepting the processing of contact information according to our privacy policy. In this case, participation is done by sending the participation information via email to [email protected]. Please mention in your message how you would like your information to be handled.
Koti Puhtaaksi Oy reserves the right to change the competition terms if necessary.
Facebook or any other entity/channel is not involved in the competition. The competition is solely the responsibility of Koti Puhtaaksi Oy, which releases other parties from any responsibilities and obligations.
